How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account using either of the following methods:
Option 1 – Delete from the App (Recommended)
- Open the Khiladi app.
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile.
- Click on Delete Account.
- Confirm your identity.
- Review the warning and confirm the deletion request.
Option 2 – Contact Support
If you cannot access your account, you may request deletion by contacting our support team using the email below.
Information Required
Please include the following information when contacting support:
- Your registered mobile number.
- Your registered email address (if available).
- Your full name.
- The reason for deleting your account (optional).
What Happens After You Submit Your Request?
- Your identity may be verified for security purposes.
- Your account will be disabled during processing.
- Eligible personal information will be permanently deleted.
- You will receive confirmation once the process is completed.
