A simple walkthrough from picking your sport to checking that your booking is confirmed.
Find the venue that fits.
Choose your city and sport, then browse the venue details. Use the rating and price filters to narrow your options. Read the address, description and amenities. If the venue accepts bookings by phone, the page will show support numbers instead of an online checkout.
Choose your court and date.
Some venues have multiple courts. Select the court first, then check the slots for your chosen date. Availability is specific to that court and date, so changing either may change the options you see.
Review the slots you select.
Make sure the start and end times match your plans. You can choose more than one available slot when needed. Review the total, enter your booking details and check any eligible offer before continuing.
Finish payment and check your account.
Opening payment checkout is not a booking confirmation. Complete the payment flow and let Khiladi verify the result. Your bookings page shows the current booking and payment information. If you are unsure whether a payment went through, check your bookings or contact support before paying again.
Arrive with the details ready.
Keep the booking reference handy and share the directions with your group. Arriving a little early gives everyone time to get organised. If plans change, contact support with your booking reference so the team can help.
